Extended Stay Hotels offers centralized travel agent commission payments through the Pegasus Commission Processing System. Travel agent commission of 10% is paid on (or up to) the first seven nights' stay for all commissionable rates.

Travel agents can book Extended StayAmerica, StudioPLUS and Crossland hotels via GDS (Global Distribution System) code EA and Homestead hotels via GDS code BE. Travel agent commission of 10% is paid up to the first seven (7) nights of a stay when booked through GDS and our Call Center (1-800-804-3724) only.

Commission is not payable when reservations are booked through the web site or the property directly. Travel Agents needing assistance with reservations may call the Unirez Customer Help line at 877-920-9199.
